Our History

Owned by our members, TEC is proud of our not-for-profit status as a public buying organisation. We were founded in 1994 as an offshoot of AUDE (Association University Directors of Estates) with just six institutions. We have grown significantly since then both in terms of our membership and in relation to the wide range of services we now provide.
